USMEX hosts your operation in Tijuana under our IMMEX shelter — your equipment, your process, our permit and payroll. Or we run your parts ourselves, as your contract manufacturer, on the press fleet below. Either way, a truck reaches Otay Mesa before lunch.
The permit
Under the shelter, USMEX is the legal entity, the importer of record and the employer. Your process runs on our IMMEX permit, our environmental licences and our IMSS registration — so you get a plant in Tijuana without incorporating, hiring, or applying for a customs programme.

This fleet is in series production today under a contract-manufacturing program for an OEM customer — molding here is a running line, not a promise. Open capacity is quoted as contract work on the same machines: transfer existing tooling or build new, with trials, first articles and dimensional reports in-house.

We run your parts on our own machines — injection molding in series production today, plus assembly, secondary operations and packout.
